At B2BTraders Inc., we are committed to customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed for purchases made through our website.

1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly through https://b2btradersinc.com.

Note: Wholesale orders may be subject to separate terms and conditions, which will be specified at the time of sale.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Used or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Opened electrical components (for safety reasons)

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@b2btradersinc.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with return instructions.
  3. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving the RMA. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • B2BTraders Inc. is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

5. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees and payment gateway charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply if the returned item is not in resalable condition.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for the same item if it arrives defective or damaged.
  • For other items, please initiate a return and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery:

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund based on the issue.
